We aim to supply the best wines at the best prices and with the best levels of customer service, but should you be unhappy with the goods which you have purchased or with the level of customer service you have received we offer a no quibble returns policy within 30 days of the date of receipt of your goods.
Following notification of the cancellation of your order we will arrange to collect the goods from you at a mutually convenient time. We will refund your order including any delivery charges within 30 days of the receipt of the returned goods into our warehouse. Goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were dispatched.
The Jascots Guarantee specifically excludes wines sold as "Bin End" which are not returnable except due to defects.
In order to cancel your order you must notify us in writing to the Managing Director, Jascots WineMerchants Ltd, The Observatory, Pinnacle House, 260 Old Oak Common Lane, London NW10 6DX.
