Meursault 2008 by Philippe Chavy or Meursault ‘Les Grands Charrons’ 2008 by Domaine Bachey~Legros
I’m really not sure who won the day here, The Chav or The Charrons, but I tasted both on Monday with Mr. Round MW and they were just delish!

They are new to us and are not well known in England, but, they make such sensational wines that they will be – believe me! Mr. Round, MW, is so smitten by Bachey~Legros that he’s quite cross he didn’t discover the Domaine himself ….. there’ll be others, I know!
