workshop will include a short introduction
on how to taste and serve wine.

This is a straight taste off between the
classic European styles of wine and the
young pretenders from the new world.

food in an informal guided tasting. You will
see for yourself how great a good match can
be and just how wrong it can go!

will start you on the road to creating the
perfect matches of flavours in food and wine
whilst tasting some fantastic food friendly
vintages. |
