A beautiful rosé 'saignée' (where the colour, as in LP's iconic rosé, is bled from the skins rather than red wine being added to the white) is made under the watchful eye of the Napoleonesque Jean-Claude Colson. Wonderful effervescence and a fine bead of bubbles display this elegantly composed rosé and its delicious wild strawberry and raspberry flavours. This is a terribly, terribly pretty Pink.
