All orders placed by buyers will be at the prices stated and on these terms and conditions unless otherwise agreed by the buyer and Jascots Ltd (‘Jascots’).

Purchase

You must be of legal purchase age in your country of access or residence in order to buy any alcoholic beverages from Jascots. All wines are offered subject to continuing availability. All prices are quoted UK Duty Paid per case in pounds Sterling excluding VAT unless otherwise stated and shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the buyer and Jascots, remain firm. Mixed cases are not available unless otherwise stated, for example in a bin-end offer.

Payment

Payment is due with order, no payment will be taken until goods have been despatched. You can place an order either by registering on the site and ordering via the secure form, or by contacting us by telephone to place your order. By placing an order, by whatever method, you are agreeing to our delivery terms and conditions as laid out on the shipping and returns as below. Jascots accepts the following cards; Visa (debit & credit), Mastercard, solo, switch, delta & maestro most major debit and credit cards (including Visa, Mastercard and JCB). Please note that we no longer accept Amex.

Delivery terms

Delivery of all goods will be made to the address(es) specified in the buyer’s order. There is no minimum order. Delivery to UK mainland, excluding the Scottish Highlands, is £15 inc vat. Orders totalling over £250 (inc or ex vat?) are delivered free of delivery charges anywhere on UK mainland. For overseas deliveries or to the UK islands please call Jascots for delivery charges.

Delivery times

Delivery within 7 days from reciept of order to UK mainland. A signature will be required on delivery unless confirmation, at the point of order, from customer that it is acceptable for the delivery to be left without a signature in a safe place or with neighbour. Excepting your statutory rights, Jascots not liable for loss in either case.

Returns policy

Damaged, out of condition of faulty wines will be replaced or a full refund offered. If incorrect goods are delivered, Jascots will arrange for uplift of the goods and for refund or replacement. If the goods are no longer required then Jascots will arrange for uplift and a full credit will be given for the value of order. We regret that, in this instance we are unable to refund the original cost of delivery or the cost of uplift.

Notification of any incorrect deliveries or damages must be made within three days of receipt of the goods.
