Greco Bianco
Greco Bianco is an Italian white grape variety most famous as the main constituent for Campania's famous and respected DOC Greco di Tufo of Southern Italy. Here, it produces delicate and aromatic wines with a bouquet perhaps reminiscent of Viognier, while the palate is typically dry with stone and citrus fruits and, in the better examples, a cool, steely minerality.
