Les Courtelles

Les Courtelles is situated in Pinet, a small village located in the heart of the Languedoc. The vineyard consists of a chalky plateau overlooking the Mediterranean sea, where the exceptional vineyard situation and uniqueness of the Picpoul variety make the appellation unlike any other in the world. Grapes are 100% hand-harvested and sorted extensively. After 8 hours skin contact, grapes are pneumatically pressed before being fermented at a low 16 degrees celsius in stainless steel, and the resulting wine enjoys 3 months ageing on its lees before bottling.
