EFESTE

Established in 2005, EFESTE (pronounced F-S-T) is an acronym for the winery’s original three founders: Ferrelli, Smith, and Taylor. Initially a very low-key project, it has quickly grown into a successful business. The different vineyards were selected in the best areas of Washington: Red Mountain, Wahluke Slope, Columbia Valley and Yakima Valley. Wines are made with terroir in mind and a minimal winemaking approach. Only native yeasts are utilised giving flavours unique to each particular vineyard. The result is wines of great personality and Character.
