Tasting Notes

It expresses everything that is great about Pinot Noir & Pinot Meuniere, with pure fruit character, concentration, freshness and a lovely balanced texture. This award winning Blanc de Noirs has been a long time in the making with 3 years ageing on lees (yeast) and an extra 6 months post disgorgement it's drinking beautifully now with potential for ageing.
