Pinot Grigio, Fidora, Organic, Tenuta Civranetta, Fidora, Veneto, Italy 2019
Veneto, Italy

Tasting Notes
Fidora is one of the oldest organic certified estates in Italy. Their Pinot Grigio comes from a single vineyard at Tenuta Civranetta, the old family estate, close to the lagoon of Venice. Emilio de-stems and soft-presses his Pinot Grigio before fermenting in stainless steel, followed by ageing on fine lees for 10 months before bottling. It's rich, fresh and packed with flavours of pear, apple and floral hints.
