An exotically perfumed bouquet evokes black raspberry and raspberry, incense, candied violet and smoky minerals. Intense floral pastille flavours are complicated by exotic spice and mineral notes. 88% whole cluster, macerated for 12 days in stainless steel and wood vats. Aged for 18 months in 20% new, 80% two- to four-year-old oak barrels.
