Tasting Notes
Deep, lively red colour. Nose balanced between ripe red fruits and fresh black fruits. On the palate, juicy dark cherries, blackberries, pepper and some sweet spice lead to an appealing and surprisingly fresh finish. Good length. The wines of Pech Sirech are produced on an average height of around 300 metres, giving some freshness to the grape. Biodynamically farmed, and situated in preserved environment, the wines of Pech Sirech are outstanding examples of the mineral and fine expression Malbec can give on those clay-limestone & iron oxide soils.
