Tasting Notes

Ramon Bilbao Limite Sur 2021. A 100% Garnacha grown at 500–600 metres on the eastern edge of Rioja. Fermentation takes place in concrete tanks with some stems, then aged in a mix of oak barrels, concrete, and amphora, followed by 8 months in French oak. The result is an intense yet balanced Garnacha, bursting with fresh red-berry fruit, blossom, pink pepper, and subtle herbal notes, framed by lively acidity, fine tannins, and a long, harmonious finish.
