Jura
Jura lies in eastern France, between Burgundy and the Swiss border. With a relatively cool climate, Jura produces wines both with a distinct regional character (such as Vin Jaune and Savagnin) and of a style similar to those produced in neighbouring Burgundy. Grapes planted are mostly Chardonnay, Savagnin, Poulsard, Pinot Noir and Trousseau.
