Kremstal

Kremstal is a beautiful region centred around the towns of Krems and Stein respectively, where winemaking goes back centuries due to the local monastic viticultural traditions. Clay and Limestone to the east of the region imbue the indigenous Veltliner wines with a texture and minerality quite unlike anywhere else in the country. Weingut Stadt Krems is one of the best known and finest producers in the region.
