The Vinecol winery project was launched in 2000 with the aim to set up a winery focussed on high quality organic wines that are fresh, elegant and easy to drink. Vineyards are 100% Organic Certificated and Fair Trade. The winery and the vineyard are located in the district of La Paz, in the eastern part of Mendoza.Their philosophy involves high respect and care for the environment and innovation, which is why they have decided to work with young professionals interested in technological developments in the community to help develop their work.Throughout the entire wine making process there are no chemical products used, but instead a number of organic wine making techniques that encourage the natural ecosystem to flourish. Creating healthy and clean grapes combined with a passion for innovation is what makes this winery so special. Their ability to manage their own vineyard and the use of state-of-art European technology is what makes them different from so many vineyards. They are passionate about sharing their experiences of creating amazing wines and hope that their hands on approach is represented in the quality of each bottle of wine.
