Bodegas Eidosela
Founded in 2003, Bodegas Eidosela is situated in the town of Arbo on the banks of the River Mino in Galicia, north-west Spain. 45 hectares of vineyards are drip-irrigated and carefully tended to throughout the year, and grapes are 100% hand-picked in small batches, enabling a rigorous selection process. After this meticulous harvesting, grapes undergo a second selection at the winery to ensure that only the finest grapes make it into the final wine. With the completion of brand new facilities as recently as 2006, vinification takes place in the modern style - cool-fermented in stainless steel to retain the fresh, primary Albarino character, and then bottled young, without further maturation in order that the wine maintains its youthful, exuberant charm.
