La Tourelle

La Tourelle is based in L'Etang-Vergy in the Pays d'Oc region of southern France. This 100% Chardonnay is made in the Burgundian style from grapes sourced from vineyards next to Minervois.The estate focuses on diversity and balance, experimenting with the best vineyard sites in the Languedoc-Roussillon region over several years in order to determine which the best terroirs for each variety and working with growers to produce characterful, well-balanced, complex wines that express their varietal characteristics.The grapes, grown year upon year by local growers, are vinified on site as close as possible to the vineyards, under the watchful eye of the expert wine-making team. The most up-to-date techniques are used, and are adapted to suit the characteristics of each wine and each vintage.When the wines have been aged, the final blending decisions are made to ensure that, every year, the wines produced reflect the diversity of their terroirs and are complex and well-balanced.
