Finca La Chamiza

Finca La Chamiza was founded in the year 2003. They are a member of Wines of Argentina, with active participation in major fairs such as Vinexpo, London Wine and the International Wine Challenge among others. They are dedicated to the worldwide promotion of Argentinean wines, trying to achieve the best expression of their world-famous terroir wherever possible.The expression of terroir is aided by the approach to wine-making - temperature controlled stainless steel, French oak and highly skilled oenologists all help to achieve the unique style of La Chamiza. Their vineyards are located in Mendoza, and fruit for all wines is sourced from a variety of vineyards in the districts of  Tupungato, Agrelo, Vistalba and Maipu at an approximate height of 1000m above sea level, tempering the dry, continental climate. This diversity of soils and climate allows the best and fullest expression of each different grape variety, and enables the production of unique wines at every level.
