Sentito in Italian can be translated into hear or feel, as in heart-felt passion and that is exactly what that the growers and winemakers at Sentito are all about. From the vines to the bottling the greatest passion, care and emphases is taken, they 'hear' the vines and the grapes and interoperate that into wines of great purity and freshness. Sentito’s Pinot Grigio comes from vineyards of between 5 and 20 years old, on alluvial soils in the Veneto region. The vineyards are mainly south and south-west facing at altitudes of between 200 and 300 metres.
