Le Saint André

Situated in the IGP Var, Le Saint André is a family run estate headed up by Alain Combard. Born in Provence, Alain started his winemaking career in Chablis but soon returned home to native soils and to take over the running of Le Saint André.Conditions here in the far south of the country are warm and sunny, aided by the warm Mistral wind which sweeps in from the Mediterranean, acting as a catalyst for the ripening process. These factors combine to make the cultivation of a wide rang of varieties possible, and as a result Alain is able to create the perfect blend for his wines each year, gaining critical acclaim in the process.
