Celler Cairats

Nestled in the hills of Montsant, in a small town of Darmós you'll find their Celler in an old winery that dates back to 1906. Run by husband and wife, Ramon and Ofelia Masip they work with older vines aged from 25-65 years old that have been selected and restored. Working with their own vines allows them to implement 100% ecologic methods, as well as controlling each process to ensure that the care and dedication put in each detail are maintained from the vines to the wine glass. Because that is the only way, with such dedication and absolute passion for their work, that they can ensure the quality and personality of which they are proud. They have the traditional Montsant varieties, Carignan, Gernache; as well as Monastrell, Tempranillo and Merlot
