Phoenix
The white grape variety Phoenix is a crossing of Seyval Blanc and Bacchus, producing attractive, herbaceous, elderflower scented wines. It is a highly disease-resistant variety and is well-suited to especially cool-climates found in the northernmost extremes of the world vineyard, such as Southern England.
