These grapes are hand harvested and then bottled after 5 years of ageing. After a good traditional foot crushing and long natural fermentation this wine has all the hallmark qualities of a classic LBV. Dark in colour and flavours of bright red fruit and opulent darker fruits. Showing spice and dark chocolate followed by hints of vanilla and blackcurrant leaf.
