Nativo Blanco 2020. An elegant Organic Certified Swartland white blend of 49% Viognier, 36% Chenin Blanc, 8% Roussanne, and 7% Grenache Blanc. Grapes are handpicked according to phenolic ripeness, with natural fermentation and frequent punch-downs. Malolactic fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks and old French wood, with 6-8 months of maturation for individual varietals and another 2-3 months after blending with minimal S02 added. The wine is golden in colour, with subtle aromas of white peach and dried pineapple followed by hints of almond on a lingering finish.
