Nativo The Bees Viognier 2021. An Organic Certified expression of the Swartland's red soils with a single varietal, 100% Viognier. The wine is destemmed and pressed in a basket press, naturally fermented in stainless steel and egg-shaped tanks. It is aged in stainless steel for 6 months and is unfiltered and unfined to ensure maximum flavor and mouthfeel. It is deliciously fragrant wine with notes of fresh pineapple and almond, smooth and balanced with lingering orange blossom. This is a wine that can be opened and will continue to soften over several days.
