Tasting Notes
Chateau de Chamirey Mercurey Blanc 2020. This vintage is a lovely white traditional Burgundian wine. The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand, with fermentation taking place with 30% of the grapes in Burgundian barrels, and the 70% in stainless steel for 10 months. The wine is balanced with acidity and roundness and a nice complexity. Good to drink now, or to age for 5 - 10 years.
