Tasting Notes
Proemio Origins Chardonnay 2021. Organically grown, hand harvested grapes are softly pressed and fermented in stainless steel to preserve clean, fresh fruit. A portion ages in French oak on fine lees with gentle stirring, adding texture and subtle complexity. The wine is bright and fresh with soft, creamy edges, delicate oak notes, and pure, lifted fruit.
