Tasting Notes
Domaine Fournier Pere et Fils Terres Blanches Sancerre 2021. From one of Sancerre’s classic Kimmeridgian marl terroirs, this late-maturing Sauvignon Blanc offers strong aromatic concentration, tension, and excellent ageing potential. The palate combines chalky, tangy acidity with juicy notes of green apple and zesty grapefruit. Eight months of ageing on fine lees refines the texture and enhances balance, resulting in a wine of precision and longevity.
