Gloria Ferrer Blanc de Noirs Rosé Non-Vintage. This sparkling wine is a refined expression of the traditional method, showcasing the harmonious blend of 90% hand-harvested Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks, preserving the fresh and vibrant character of the fruit. Following fermentation, it is aged for 3 years on the lees, allowing the wine to develop complexity and depth, providing berry aromas with a hint of rose. The result is a sparkling wine that beautifully balances freshness and richness, bringing flavours of juicy strawberry, red cherry, cola bottles, and vanilla pod.
