Tasting Notes

Gloria Ferrer Blanc de Blancs Non-Vintage. This sparkling is a refined expression of Chardonnay, crafted using the traditional method to capture the unique terroir of the Carneros region in Sonoma County, California. This region's proximity to San Francisco Bay means cooling sea breezes and morning fog which contributes to a long growing season, allowing the grapes to develop balanced acidity and ripe fruit flavours. The wine itself is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 2 years which brings a balance of liveliness and complexity, allowing crisp and elegant notes of apple and vibrant citrus to come through.
