Tasting Notes

Gloria Ferrer Sonoma Brut Non-Vintage. Crafted by the traditional method, this wine blends hand-harvested Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from the estate's 340-acre vineyard. The grapes undergo whole-cluster pressing, with 20-25% of the first press juice incorporated into the blend to enhance richness and structure. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel to preserve the vibrancy from the fruits, then spends 1.5 years aging to develop complexity. The result is fresh and lively, with notes of citrus and green apple with a subtle hint of toastiness on the finish.
