Prophet's Rock Infusion Pinot Noir 2020. This elegant pinot is made from the heart of Central Otago in low intervention that is gently extracted to showcase refined tannins. The Infusion vintage is characterised with fresh, lightly spiced, bright red cherry and rhubarb flavours, with lively acidity providing great texture and length. All around, this is a well balanced pinot.
