Spier Signature Shiraz 2021. Harvested from Stellenbosch vines with granite soils, the 2021 Shiraz grapes were fermented in stainless steel for 12 days whilst 20% was moved to French oak barrels, then blended back together after a year. The palate is full-bodied and rich, with supple tannins weaving through savory, earthy layers, supported by oak that adds length and refinement. This Shiraz offers a graceful ageing potential.
