Tasting Notes
Jean Faux Les Pins Francs White 2020. This organic blend features a very floral bouquet on the nose with protruding florals followed by honey and peach. This vintage was fermented in stainless steel for around 12 months using Indigenous yeasts to help preserve the minerality, which gives the palate flavours of crisp lemon and grapefruit, followed by pear and a saline finish.
