Castelvecchio Malvasia Dileo 2022. This bold yet elegant wine is produced after a careful selection of the best Istrian Malvasia grapes and ferments and ages sur lie in a non-vitrified concrete tank. It has complex aromatic range, with floral hints of honeysuckle, apple and apricot. Sapid and mineral flavours mix in the mouth with a nice fruity finish on a sage-like note.
