Tasting Notes
Spier 21 Gables Chenin Blanc 2021. This wine is gloriously fresh and a pure style of Chenin Blanc. This vintage went through hand-sorting, destemming and crushing, followed by skin contact for about 6 hours. Fermented and aged in oak barrels for 10-12 months, this is a youthful and refreshed wine with a lingering fruit core finish that provides complexity and texture.
