Tasting Notes
Chateau Simon Sauternes 2019. Made from Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle, these botrytised grapes are pressed, then fermented in stainless steel tanks, then aged in oak barrels to age for 18 months. This sweet wine benefits from it's terroir and climate, creating the perfect condition for a sweeter wine to be harvested in.
