An elegant, cool-climate Chardonnay grown in the Clare Valley’s continental climate with warm days and cool nights, this Chardonnay captures vibrant fruit freshness and the bouquet opens with notes of lime zest, white peach, and a hint of grapefruit, underpinned by gentle cashew complexity from partial French oak ageing. The palate showcases rich orchard fruit, supported by vivid acidity and subtly nutty oak. The finish lingers fresher than many New World Chardonnays, with a floral lift and subtle spice notes.
