Champagne, France

Tasting Notes
Philippe Fourrier Brut Reserve Non Vintage. This champagne is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay with 4 year aging. Fruity and toasty on the nose, this cuvée is carried by freshness, with notes of crisp apple, plum and hints of buttered nuts and gingerbread, a pleasant and toasty finish. On the palate, expect a well-balanced blend of stone fruit and zest carried with a dry finish.
