The palate is ample and generous, revealing candied apricot and a refined texture supported by freshness and precision. Vinification includes gentle pressing, fermentation in oak (30% new), and ageing on fine lees for 12 months followed by 4–6 months in tank, without bâtonnage, ensuring purity and complexity.
