Tasting Notes
Sylvain Bzikot Bourgogne Rouge 2022. Sourced from vines around 40–50 years old, this Pinot Noir is fermented mostly in stainless steel with a small portion in used oak. There is lingering aromas of cherry, redcurrant and a touch of violet. The palate is filled with succulent red fruit, silky tannins and a fine-grained finish.
