Ramon Bilbao Journey Collection Rosado 2023. Made from 80% Garnacha and 20% Viura grapes, this is made in a 'Provence style' situated right in Rioja. sourced from high-altitude vineyards (550-770 m) in Alto Najerilla with rocky, clay-rich soils. Despite a challenging season of frosts, rains, and drought, timely showers ensured balanced ripeness by early September. Crafted with a brief 3-hour skin contact for its delicate salmon hue, the wine is fermented at low temperatures to preserve aromatics. Fresh and fruity with notable acidity, it offers a smooth texture and effortless drinkability—an elegant, modern expression of Rioja rosé.
