Tasting Notes

Ramon Bilbao Vinedos de Altura 2020. Sourced from two high-altitude plots at 700 metres, this wine blends equal parts Tempranillo and Garnacha. Each variety is fermented separately before blending and completing malolactic fermentation, followed by 15 months of ageing in French oak. The palate is vibrant and refined, with lively acidity, a medium body, and elegant, well-integrated tannins.
