Tasting Notes
Mar de Frades 100% Albarino 2024. This Albariño hails from selected vineyards in Val do Salnés, chosen for their vibrant aromatics and freshness. The grapes are gently pressed, then fermented using indigenous yeasts. The wine spends five months on its fine lees with regular batonnage in stainless steel to build texture while preserving its varietal perfume. This vintage bursts with tropical fruit, fresh floral notes, and aromatic eucalyptus and mint, underpinned by acidity and a signature Atlantic saline finish- smooth, fresh, and intensely aromatic.
