Argento Altamira Malbec, Argento, Single Vineyard, Valle de Uco, Mendoza, Argentina 2021
Mendoza, Argentina

Tasting Notes
Argento Altamira Single Vineyard Malbec 2021 Organic. Nestled at 1,090 meters above sea level in Uco Valley, the Finca Altamira vineyard benefits from dramatic diurnal swings, with daytime heat softened by crisp Andean nights, and sits on coarse, rocky soils fed by snowmelt. The 2021 vintage exhibits a deep violet hue, accompanied by a nose of black plum, violet florals, and exotic spice, capturing the vineyard’s mineral core. On the palate, it balances juicy red and dark berry with a stony edge and plush, velvety tannins, finishing long and reflective of its high-altitude origin. This organic Malbec is pure, elegant, and distinctly Andes-defined.
