Black Cottage Sauvignon Blanc 2024. This Sauvignon has a more complex take on the Marlborough style, while remaining bright and expressive. Aromas of white nectarine, elderflower, ripe lime and pineapple are showcased by a dash of lime zest and subtle wet stone. On the palate, it is generous showing passionfruit, cucumber, lemongrass, and a hint of texture from partial lees contact. A well-balanced finish of citrus and minerality leaves a lasting impression, making this both a crowd-pleasing lively white.
