Chablis 1er Cru Les Lys, Domaine Daniel-Etienne Defaix, Burgundy, France 2013
Chablis, France

Tasting Notes
Daniel Etienne Defaix Chablis Premier Cru Les Lys 2013. This is believed to be one of the oldest Premier Cru Chablis from the region, with not as many classic Chablis notes. Expect nutty, earthy and a bit of a honey to the notes. On the nose this wine has persistent mineral undertones with aromas of jasmine and white truffle. The palate is balanced with the earthiness interwind, textured with lingering notes of buttery brioche.
