Alfred Gratien Cuvee Paradis Brut Rose, Angels Share, Champagne, France NV
Champagne, France

Tasting Notes
Alfred Gratien Cuvee Paradis Brut Rose 2008. This prestigious rosé is traditionally crafted from top-tier Grand and Premier Cru Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, barrel-fermented and aged extensively. The Chardonnay lends bright acidity, minerality, and citrus-based notes, such as mandarin, while the Pinot Noir infuses delicate red-berry flavours, a gentle structure, and age-induced savoury nuances. Extended bottle age after disgorgement adds tertiary complexity, characterized by notes of dried strawberry, toasted brioche, and a refined, creamy texture. Rooted in the cool-climate terroirs of Champagne around Épernay, this rosé combines freshness, finesse, and depth, evolving beautifully with time.
