Champagne, France

AGRATPARADI15

Tasting Notes

Alfred Gratien Cuvee Paradis Brut 2015. Crafted with meticulous vineyard selection and barrel vinification, this cuvee combines Chardonnay's linear precision with Pinot Noir. The wine shows both immediate appeal and long-term aging capacity, offering layered aromas and a mineral finish. This prestige cuvee is a refined blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Grand and Premier Cru parcels surrounding Epernay. Barrel fermentation imparts creamy richness while suppressing malolactic conversion preserves vibrancy. On the nose, elegant fruit aromas are interwoven with notes of vanilla, coconut, and cashew from oak aging. The palate resonates with bright salinity and refined chalk, finishing lithe yet persistent. This is a poised, grand cru expression ideal for contemplation and pairing with rich seafood or poultry dishes.
